Do we have to sign contracts?
Fear not! Our pay-as-you-go design service adapts to today’s dynamic economy. No mandatory contracts – just dive in for stunning designs and a premium experience.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
No request limits! We’re here to bring your vision to life without constraints. Subscribe, add as many design requests as you want to your queue, and we’ll deliver them sequentially.
What's the delivery time for my designs?
Typically, most requests are finalized in two days or less, though more intricate ones may require additional time.
How do I make a design request?
We provide extensive flexibility in how you can request designs through Trello. Many clients opt to submit requests directly on Trello, while others share their design concepts using Google Docs or wireframes.
Is there design work you don't do?
Certainly. RedChemistry excludes the following design work: Coding/App Creation, 3D modeling, extensive animations and motion graphics (beyond 2 minutes), filming, illustrations, document design (e.g., medical forms), complex packaging, and comprehensive print design (e.g., magazines, books).
What if I need work that doesn't fall within the scope of a subscription, like a website, or strategy?
